James Balanoff has been an Oak Park resident for 20 years. He is a practicing attorney. Jim and his wife Rebecca, also an attorney, represent the disabled. They have three children who attended Oak Park schools. Their two oldest children graduated from Oak Park River Forest High School, where their youngest is presently enrolled.
Jim is a graduate of Brandeis University and the Indiana University Law School. He has been a member of the Oak Park Community Mental Health Board.
